1. Who should enroll into this program?
We cater to students preparing for the Cambridge O-Level Exams in E & A Math. Students in Secondary 3, 4 or 5 should enroll for the program. For Secondary 2 students who are more advanced, you can accelerate your learning by enrolling with us to prepare for O Levels.
2. I am a private / home-schooled student and preparing for O-Level E & A Math. Am I eligible?
Yes! Although the majority of our students are below 17 years old, this program will suit private or home-schooled students too. Learning never stops!
3. How does the program work?
Students will have access to all the video content online, depending on which subject they are subscribed to.
Students will be able to monitor learning topic by topic through the videos and then attempt questions from our resources provided.
Students will be part of a private Telegram community for Prolific Math Online (PMO), where they can have Q&A should they encounter difficulty in questions in their school work or during their personal practice.
Our video lessons are then supplemented by our Weekly group online Zoom Consultation where students consult with our Tutor on questions they have difficulties in.
The weekly Zoom consultations are recorded and students can revisit the videos should they need to understand those questions again.
4. Is there any way to monitor the progress of my child?
We host our program on Teachable. The platform allows you to monitor the progress of your child via a progress bar - This progress bar displays the percentage of the course that you have completed.
5. Do you offer other subjects apart from Math?
Our specialty is in ‘O’ & ‘N’ Level (Secondary 3 to 5) E & A Math. We strive to be the best in our field. We have however, plans in the near future to have online Physics content which are currently offered only in our physical classes.
6. Do you conduct physical Face-to Face tuition?
We conduct physical tuition classes at our Tuition Centre located at Bukit Timah. Please refer to our website for more information. Do note that the price for physical tuition is different from the Prolific Math Online (PMO) program. Our physical tuition classes start at $320 per 4 weeks, per subject. Lessons are 2 hours per subject, per week.
7. Why do you still offer physical classes since you have an online program?
Some parents still prefer the traditional physical class setting and do not mind paying a higher rate to attend our physical classes. Our online program allows us to reach a wider group of students and parents who want flexibility and self-paced learning. The online program is also significantly cheaper than what we offer for physical classes, a significant pull factor for many.
The advantages of our online program is that students can supercharge their learning ahead of their peers as there are resources already available for them that are not yet taught in school as compared to our physical classes. For weaker students, they will be able to learn to fully digest concepts at their own pace.
8. How does the weekly group online Zoom Consultation (Tuition) work?
We conduct a weekly online consultation by subject and level via Zoom. Each group online Consultation will last around 1.5 - 2 hours. Consultation will cover common questions from various topics as well as clarifying students’ doubts. These group consultations will greatly benefit students as they will be able to learn collectively through the questions and discussion posed by other students.
Students are also strongly encouraged to watch the relevant videos from our content library and submit their questions prior to consultation so as to ensure maximum effectiveness of the consultation.
Should students not be able to make it for the online Consultation, they can still submit their questions prior to the consultation which will be addressed online. Each online consultation will be recorded and uploaded on our Teachable platform for students to revisit.
9. How does the private Telegram group work?
Students who are enrolled in the PMO program will automatically be added into an exclusive Telegram group where they can submit questions, discuss concepts and ask for help in both E Math & A Math topics in their own time.
This Telegram group is an added support on top of weekly Zoom consultations.
10. What additional new content will students get on a Monthly basis?
We will upload on a monthly basis, new content pertaining to topics or exam papers with proper explanations and answers. The monthly new content will be dependent on the general school term across Singapore.
11. Why is the Prolific Math Online (PMO) program significantly cheaper as compared to other tuition centres or private tutors?
As our program is fully conducted online, rental costs and resources used to operate a physical tuition centre are greatly reduced. Hence there will be significant cost savings passed on to our students.
12. I am on a Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) in school. May I get a subsidy?
We believe every student should have an equal opportunity to succeed in their education irregardless of their family’s financial situation

13. How can we be assured of the quality of the program?
You can be 100% assured that the effort and the support towards students enrolled in the program are on par with that of physical classes.
14. What are the payment methods
We offer the course through a recurring monthly subscription basis or a one-time payment (12 month). We accept payment via credit cards or PayNow.
15. How do I join the program?

16. What do I do after joining the program?
We will give you a call within 1 working day upon successful enrollment into the PMO program. The call is to allow our Principal Tutor to get a better understanding of the student and parent and the current progress in school
There will be an instructional email sent to you regarding the program upon receiving payment.
Enrollment is immediate, you may begin consuming the content whilst waiting for the email.
17. I want to cancel my subscription
You may log in to your account on our Teachable platform to unsubscribe anytime
18. I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund for any unused days or months
The subscription is billed on a monthly or a 1 year basis, depending on your payment plan. Should you prematurely cancel your subscription, there will not be any refund for any unused days or months.
